To provide the service, we collect: account details (name, email, phone), business details (company name, GSTIN, PAN, address, state, bank details for invoice display), and the business records you create (invoices, quotations, customers, items, purchases, ledger entries). If you enroll in the referral program, we additionally collect KYC details (PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account information) solely to process referral payouts.
We use this information to operate the service (generating your documents and reports), process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or full payment credentials — these are handled directly by our payment processor under their own security and compliance standards.
PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account numbers collected for the referral program are encrypted at rest and are only ever displayed to you in masked form (showing the last few characters only). This data is used exclusively to verify and process referral commission payouts, and is not shared beyond what is required for that purpose.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g. our payment gateway, email delivery provider, and hosting infrastructure), and where required by law or a valid legal request.
We retain your business records for as long as your account is active, and as required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping laws thereafter. You can export your data at any time from within the app.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain financial and tax records.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption for sensitive fields and access controls limiting who can view them.
