Paid plans are billed on the interval (monthly or annual) you select at checkout. Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the service (invoices, customers, items, and related records). We do not sell your data to third parties. Data export tools are provided so you can take your data with you at any time.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your GST registration status, or to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
While the service helps generate GST-compliant documents, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the tax information you enter and for your own statutory GST filings and compliance obligations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; some records may be retained as required by law.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the business operating this service is registered.
